Cheesy Crackers

These Cheesy Crackers are so tasty you may want to make a second batch, I know for a fact it will disappear fast. I worked with Jamie and she brought this treat to a work party. After a fun game of broom ball on the ice, we all refueled with great food.

Ingredients:
12 oz Monterey Jack Cheese
6 oz Medium Cheddar Cheese
1 can chopped green chilies (not hot)
2 eggs
2 Tbl Evaporated Milk
1 1/2 Tbl flour

Directions:
Preheat oven to 275°

Slice cheese thin. Place 1/2 of the Monterey jack in 8x8 pan, spread all the cheddar cheese evenly over the Jack cheese, then sprinkle the chilies over the cheese. Place the remaining Jack on top.

Combine Eggs, Milk and flour. Pour over cheese and bake for 1 hour.

Let set few minutes then cut into slices to fit on a Waverly Cracker.
