Seafood Sauce

This seafood sauce is quick to prepare and needs only 1 hour to chill giving time for flavors to blend. Leftovers keep well when covered and put in refrigerator.


Ingredients:
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbl tomato puree
1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
2 Tbl chopped parsley or dill
1 Tbl grated onion
1 Tbl lemon
Dash Hot Pepper Sauce

Directions:
In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, tomato puree, and mustard. Mix well then add parsley, onion, lemon juice and hot pepper sauce, stirring until well combined. Cover and chill for 1 hour before serving.

Tip: For a quick and easy meal mix cooked shrimp, broccoli and sauce. Warm in the microwave, sprinkle with grated cheese. Serve with a salad and crusty french bread.

Or make a seafood pasta salad mixing crab, shrimp, can of peas sauce and small seashell pasta.
