Julie's Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients and Directions:

2 oz blue cheese
1/3 cup buttermilk

Blend 1-2 minutes in food processor

Mix in:
1/4 cup reduced fat sour cream
3/4 tsp sherry vinegar
fresh ground black pepper to taste

Let set for an hour in the refrigerator, served chilled with your favorite salad.
