Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
This Walnut Vinaigrette Salad Dressing is ideal for all greens. Serve with baby beets or endive. Sprinkled with Roquefort and Walnuts. Thank you Lora for another wonderful recipe.
Walnut Vinaigrette Ingredients: 2 Tbl red wine vinegar 1 tsp Dijon mustard 1/4 cup walnut oil 1 Tbl Safflower oil salt and pepper to taste Directions: In a bowl whisk together all the ingredients until blended, put in a jar with a tight fitting lid and keep in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
Italian Vinaigrette Dressing Ingredients: 1 cup extra virgin olive oil 1/3 cup Red Wine Vinegar 3 Tbl Lemon Juice 1 clove minced garlic 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp chopped basil 1 tsp chopped oregano 1 Tbl Minced Onion Salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
Directions: In a bowl whisk together all the ingredients until blended, put in a jar with a tight fitting lid and keep in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
Dijon Vinaigrette Dressing Ingredients: 1 cup extra virgin olive oil 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar 1 1/2 Tbl Dijon Mustard Salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
Directions: Put all ingredients into a shaker to blend. Best is made at least one hour before serving.
